Refund Policy
Overview
Because Review Spectra provides professional digital services, strategy, consulting, automation setup, reputation management, and custom implementation work, refunds are subject to the terms below.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable once work has started:
Strategy Development
Reputation Management Campaign Setup
CRM Configuration
GoHighLevel Setup
Funnel Creation
Automation Development
Review Generation Systems
Google Business Profile Optimization
AI Automation Setup
Consulting Sessions
Onboarding and Implementation Work
Monthly Retainers
Monthly management fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. Clients may cancel future billing according to their service agreement.
Setup Fees
Setup fees cover:
Account configuration
System implementation
Internal project preparation
Automation deployment
Because these resources are allocated immediately after onboarding, setup fees are non-refundable.
Client-Initiated Cancellation
If a client chooses to discontinue services:
Previously paid fees are not refundable
Work completed remains billable
Outstanding balances remain due
Failure to Participate
Refunds will not be provided if project delays result from:
Failure to provide access
Failure to complete onboarding requirements
Lack of communication
Delayed approvals
Failure to attend scheduled meetings
Exceptional Refund Requests
Review Spectra may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if:
Services were not started
Duplicate payments occurred
Billing errors occurred
Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Review Spectra.
Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact Review Spectra before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
