  3. Client Responsibilities

    Clients agree to:

    • Provide required access to business platforms

    • Respond promptly to requests

    • Participate in onboarding activities

    • Make payments on time

    Review Spectra is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, lack of communication, or delayed approvals.


  4. Payments

    All fees are due according to the agreed payment schedule.

    Accepted payment methods may include:

    • Bank Transfer

    • Flutterwave

    • Wise

    • Payoneer

    Failure to make payment may result in:

    • Suspension of services

    • Restricted account access

    • Project delays

    • Termination of services


  5. No Guarantee of Results

    However, we do not guarantee:

    • Specific revenue increases

    • Specific lead volume

    • Search engine rankings

    • Number of reviews generated

    • Social media growth

    • Media placements

    • Platform approvals

    Results depend on many factors beyond our control.


  6. Intellectual Property

    Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to final approved deliverables specifically created for them.

    Review Spectra retains ownership of:

    • Internal frameworks

    • Templates

    • Methodologies

    • Automation systems

    • Training materials

    • Proprietary processes


  7. Confidentiality

    Both parties agree to protect confidential business, operational, financial, and marketing information.

    Confidential information may not be disclosed without consent unless required by law.


  8. Third-Party Platforms

    Clients acknowledge that services may depend on third-party platforms including:

    • Google

    • GoHighLevel

    • Slack

    • Payment Providers

    • Review Platforms

    Review Spectra is not responsible for platform outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or third-party service failures.


  9. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Review Spectra shall not be liable for:

    • Lost profits

    • Lost business opportunities

    • Indirect damages

    • Consequential damages

    • Third-party platform actions

    • Review platform penalties

    • Customer disputes

    Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services.


  10. Termination

    Either party may terminate services by providing written notice.

    Review Spectra may immediately terminate services if:

    • Payment obligations are not met

    • Abuse or harassment occurs

    • Illegal activities are requested

    • Continued service becomes commercially unreasonable

    Outstanding invoices remain payable after termination.


  11. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of England and Wales unless otherwise agreed in writing.
